This sauce is made from our Jalapeno peppers, grown here in Khmelnytskyi Oblast. This is a vinagar based, non-fermented hot sauce. It's only ingredients are red Jalapeno peppers smoked in apple wood, dried and slow cooked in a vinagar base.
